Make time for friends
Adulting can be stressful, but being a supportive friend means consciously making time for your besties. Plan Skype dates, call them, and text them with memes when they’re having a bad day. Even better, show up with an apricot crumble cake when they least expect it. (<---THIS IS GREAT! :)
Achieve goals together
Sit down with your besties and write down a list of goals that you both want to achieve, and then tackle them together. Make a pact to hold each other accountable and be honest with your progress. For example, if you want to lose weight, share your food diaries with each other. Even better, plan a group Plogging session (jogging and picking up rubbish.)
