  • 120 g dark chocolate (approx. 55% cacao)
  • 35 g butter
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 35 g sugar
  • 70 g chestnut spread
  • 35 g almond powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 30 g all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Break the chocolate into pieces and divide the butter in 2-3 pieces. Place both in the MicroCook Pitcher 1L, cover and microwave for 1 min. at 600 watts.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients one by one while stirring well to obtain a consistent texture. Use the KPT Silicone Spatula to remove any excess dough from around the inside of the Pitcher. Set the lid to the wide opening and microwave for 5 min. at 600 watts.

  3. Allow to stand for 5 min. and use the Silicone Spatula to unmold easily.
